Booking & Scheduling

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and specific cleaning needs. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to areas being cleaned. Please secure valuables, pets, and any items of personal importance before our arrival.
